You can log in to your OfferUp account from our mobile app or website.

To access all of OfferUp’s available products and features, we recommend that you log into the mobile app. For limited access to features, log in on the web at OfferUp.com.
Log in to your account
To log in to an existing OfferUp account, complete the following steps:
- Open the OfferUp app and tap Log In.
- On the Sign Up / Log In screen, tap your login method. This is the method you used to set up your OfferUp account.
- Tap Continue with Email to enter your email address and password.
- Tap Continue with Facebook, Continue with Google, or Continue with Apple to log in using one of these accounts.
- Visit OfferUp.com and click Log In.
- On the Sign Up / Log In pop-up, click your login method. This is the method that you used to set up your OfferUp account.
- Click Continue with Email to enter your email address and password.
- Click Continue with Facebook, Continue with Google, or Continue with Apple to log in using one of these accounts.
Note
To log in successfully on the web, make sure your browser is set to allow pop-ups. You can enable pop-ups in your browser settings.
Log out of your account
To log out of your OfferUp account, complete the following steps:
- On the Home page, tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
- On the Account page, tap Account Settings.
- On the Settings page, scroll to the bottom and tap Log Out.
- On the Home page, click your profile picture in the top right corner.
- From the dropdown menu, select Log Out.
Unlink your login account
To switch from using your Apple, Google, or Facebook login to an email and password, you first need to unlink your current login. This allows you to create a new login with your email and password while keeping all your account details, including your purchase history and messages. There's no need to deactivate or delete your account during this process.
To unlink your account:
- Google or Facebook: Select the Contact Us button below to request help from OfferUp Support.
- Apple: Follow Apple’s instructions to stop using Sign In with Apple. OfferUp Support cannot unlink Apple accounts.
After your account has been successfully unlinked, create a new login using the email associated with your unlinked account and a new password.
To create a new password:
- Go to the OfferUp login page on the app or website.
- Select Continue with Email.
- Select Forgot Your Password? to start the password setup process.
- Enter the email address that was associated with the account you unlinked.
- Follow the prompts to create a new password for your email login.
Troubleshooting
Can’t log in to your OfferUp account? If you forgot your password, see Change your password for assistance.
If your account was deactivated due to policy violations, you won’t be able to log in. If you feel this was done in error, you can appeal the decision by following these steps:
- Select the Contact Us button below.
- On the Contact Us page, select My Account > Account Status.
- Fill out the required fields, then select Submit.
For help with all other login issues:
- Select the Contact Us button below.
- On the Contact Us page, select My Account > Can't Log In.
- Fill out the required fields, then select Submit.
