Contacting us when you’re logged in helps us verify your identity and better understand your account. If for some reason you are unable to log in, please try resetting your password.
OfferUp Support is available by email. When you contact us, we may require certain information, such as a name, email address, and description of your problem. We will try to respond as quickly as possible, but please expect up to 2-3 business days.
