Our chat agents are available 7 days a week from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm (PST). To chat with an OfferUp Support agent, select the Chat button in the bottom right corner of any help page.
Fill out our Contact form
If chat is not available, you can submit a request for help by filling out our Contact form.

To get help faster, log in to your OfferUp account before filling out the Contact form. This helps us find your account details quickly so we can solve your issue sooner.
To fill out our Contact form:
- Select the Contact Us button below.
- On the Contact Us page, choose the topic that most closely resembles your request.
- Enter a detailed description of your request, then select Submit.
You’ll receive an automated email confirmation. Within 24 hours, an OfferUp Support agent will reach out to help with your issue. If you don't see an email response within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.
