Subscription benefits
When you subscribe to Services, you'll receive one listing to highlight one type of service from our available categories, like Handyman or Electrical.
Subscription benefits:
- Easy and automatic: Your listing will automatically renew every 30 days. This means you set it up once and don't have to worry about it expiring until you cancel your subscription.
- Change it anytime: You can edit your listing whenever you want or change the type of service you offer.
- Cancel anytime: If you decide you don't want to list your services anymore, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Need to post more than one service?
No problem! If you want to post more than one type of service or business, you can purchase additional listings whenever you like. Just keep in mind that these extra listings expire after 30 days and are separate from your main monthly subscription.
Pricing
The introductory price for a Services subscription is $75 per month. This includes one listing to highlight one type of service offering. Additional service listings can be purchased for $75 each. All payments are processed through your mobile app store.
Signing up
You can sign up for a Services subscription in our mobile app. When you create your very first Service listing, you'll automatically be signed up for the monthly auto-renewal plan.
To sign up for a subscription:
- Open the OfferUp app and log in to your account.
- Tap Services, then tap Post a Service.
- Enter all the details about your service, then tap Next.
- If you're TruYou verified, you'll go straight to previewing your listing.
- If you're not TruYou verified, you'll go through the quick TruYou verification process first. This is a one-time identity check.
- On the Preview page, double-check that everything looks correct, then tap Next.
- On the Payment page, review the subscription details, then tap Confirm Subscription.
- Select your app store payment method, then tap Buy.
You're now subscribed to Services, and your listing will be live in the feed within 24 hours. Additionally, your listing will automatically renew every 30 days.
Renewals
Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same day. Payment will be processed through your app store using the payment method associated with your Google Play or App Store account.

Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel your Services subscription at any time through your mobile app store. To make sure you don't get charged for another month, you need to cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.

When you cancel your subscription, your listing will remain active until the end of your current 30-day period. Then, the listing will be removed from the feed, monthly payments will stop, and the subscription will expire. You can always re-subscribe to Services whenever you're ready.
There are no refunds (prorated or otherwise) for cancelling your OfferUp Services subscription. All plans run until the end of their renewal term, which allows you to enjoy the benefits until they expire.
