To request help from OfferUp, please complete the following steps:
Before you submit a request for help, we recommend that you log into your OfferUp account (on the mobile app or website). This allows us to capture your account information upfront so that we can get to work on your issue fast.
- Visit our Contact Us page.
- Choose the topic that most closely resembles your request.
- Enter a detailed description of your request, then tap Submit.
You’ll receive an automated email confirming that your request was submitted. An OfferUp Support representative will contact you by email within 24 hours to assist you. If you do not see an email response within 24 hours, please check your Spam folder.
