If you consistently post more than the free listing allowance in a category, a subscription may offer you the best value. Subscriptions give you a bundle of listings each month at a discounted price per listing when compared to single listing purchases.

How it works
When you sign up for a subscription package, you’ll still receive your free listings for the month plus the subscription listings you’ve purchased. Your free listings will always get used first. Once you’ve used up your free ones, your subscription listings will be used as you continue to post in that category.
Your subscription listings refresh every month on the day that you originally purchased the subscription. For example, if you purchased your subscription on the 15th, your package listings will refresh on the 15th of every month. Please note, your free listings will refresh on the 1st day of every calendar month. Subscription listings don’t roll over and any that are left unused at the end of your subscription month will be lost.
Your subscription only applies to the item category you’ve signed up for and cannot be applied to other categories. For example, you can’t use your Furniture subscription listings to post in the Cell Phones & Accessories category. If you’d like additional listings in other categories, you’ll need to sign up for a separate subscription per category.

- Jewelry & Accessories
- Tools & Machinery

Buy a subscription
Subscription packages are offered in the OfferUp app when you’ve run out of listings for the month. Package pricing varies by category and number of listings.
To buy a monthly subscription package, complete the following steps in the app:
- Open the OfferUp app and log in to your account.
- Tap Post and complete the Post an Item, Details, and Price pages.
- On the Finish page, select the number of listings you want per month. Tap See More Options to view additional packages.
- Tap Confirm & Post to pay using the payment method associated with your Google Play or App Store account.
- On the Posted page, tap Done to confirm your subscription.
Upgrade your subscription
To increase the number of listings you purchase each month, upgrade your subscription in the OfferUp app. The option to upgrade will only be offered when you run out of listings. To upgrade, go through the process of posting an item for sale. When you reach the Finish page, you’ll see the option to upgrade your package. Follow the prompts to select a new package and confirm your purchase.
When you upgrade, your additional listings will be available to you right away. Depending on whether you use Apple or Android, the billing process for the new subscription may vary. For details on billing, visit your app store’s help center:

Downgrade your subscription
To decrease the number of listings you purchase each month, downgrade your subscription through your app store. To learn how, visit your app store’s help center:
When you downgrade, your new subscription package will not take effect until your current subscription cycle ends. On your next renewal date, your downgraded subscription will begin and you’ll be charged the new, lower subscription amount on a recurring basis.
Your subscription will automatically renew every month on the same day until you choose to alter or cancel it. Payment occurs through your app store using the payment method associated with your Google Play or App Store account. To locate your renewal date, visit your app store account.
You can cancel your monthly listing subscription at any time through your app store. To avoid auto-renewing for another month of service, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date.

When you cancel, your subscription benefits will continue to run until the end of your current renewal term. Then, your subscription will expire and you will not auto-renew the following month. You can re-subscribe at any time or buy single listings as you need them.
There are no refunds (prorated or otherwise) for canceling your monthly listing subscription. All plans run until the end of their current renewal term, which allows you to enjoy the benefits until they expire.
