Whether you choose Make an Offer or Buy Now with an individual seller, or Buy Now with a Pro Seller, you can easily track the status of your purchase. To check the status of your recent order, follow these steps:
- Go to your account.
- Tap Purchases & sales.
- Tap Transactions.
- Tap the purchase you want to find the order status of. Then, you will see details of when the purchase was made and when you can expect to receive the item.
- Tap Track item to find out the status of delivery.
- Once you’ve tapped Track item, you will be directed to the USPS website to view the status of your order.
Pro Seller transactions have a timeline that shows the item’s current status.
Once an item ships, you will be able to tap Track package to see the status of delivery for tracked packages.
