We send notifications from the app when you get a new message for one of your items, when new items are listed from sellers you follow, information about highlights and deals, and more. If you’re not getting notifications as expected, there are a few device settings you can check that may help.
- Make sure your OfferUp notifications are turned on.
- Some data-saving and power-saving settings on your device can affect notifications:
- Battery-saving mode
- Restricting background data in your program settings
- Installing a third-party app to manage data usage
