The first time you log in to the OfferUp app, we’ll get your location to show items near you. If you've moved or your original location wasn't quite right, change it in your account.
In the app
- Open the OfferUp app
- Tap
Account, then
Settings
- Tap your current location to edit it
- Tap Get my location (iOS) or Get current location (Android), or enter your ZIP code
- Tap Save Location
On the website
- Go to OfferUp.com
- Click your name. If you don't see your name, click Login and enter your email and password
- Click Settings, then click on Location
- Start typing a ZIP code or the name of your city, then choose a location from the drop-down menu. Your location won't update if you don't click an option.
- Click Save Changes
Change your shipping address
As a buyer, you can always change your shipping address whenever you make an offer on an item.
In the app:
- Find an item you like that's outside your local pickup area
- Tap Make Offer
- On the Review your offer screen, tap your address
- Make your edits
- Tap Submit
