When a seller accepts your offer, they should promptly ship the item. You’ll see a notification in the app when they do.
The seller has as much as 6 full days to ship. To get paid, they must use the pre-paid shipping label we send them, and it must be scanned at the Post Office within those 6 days.
If you don't get a notification, here's what you can do.
Message the seller to ask if the item has been shipped. It's possible that the item is in transit but its tracking status hasn't updated. Find your message thread about it by tapping Offers, then the item, then View messages.
If they haven't sent the item yet, politely ask them when it will be shipped so you have an idea of when to expect it.
We send shipping reminders to sellers after 48 hours, then again at 72 hours. If the seller still doesn't ship after 6 days, we cancel the purchase. Your money will be returned to you. It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account or card.
