When a seller accepts your offer, they are asked to promptly ship the item. You’ll see a shipped notification in the app when the seller ships the item. The notification will say that the item is on its way.
The seller has up to 5 full days to ship after accepting a shipping offer or receiving a Buy Now purchase. To get paid, they must use the prepaid shipping label we send them, and it must be scanned at USPS within those 5 days.
If you don't get a notification, here's what you can do:

Message the seller to ask if the item has been shipped. It's possible that the item is in transit but its tracking status hasn't updated.
- Find your message thread about your item by tapping Inbox, then find the corresponding message.
- If they haven't shipped the item yet, ask them when it will be shipped so you have an idea of when to expect it.
- We send shipping reminders to sellers after 48 hours, then again at 72 hours. If the seller still doesn't ship after 5 days, we cancel the purchase. Your money will be returned to you, however, it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to return to your account or card.
