When you’re great at responding to messages, you earn a Reply Rate badge on your public profile. This badge can show a Reply Rate score of 75%, 85%, 95%, or 100% based on your activity over the past 120 days.
Qualify for the Reply Rate badge
To qualify for a Reply Rate badge, you must meet both of these requirements:
- Have conversations to buy or sell items with at least 4 different people.
- Reply to at least 75% of the first messages you get from each person.
Once you have a Reply Rate badge on your profile page, it will be kept up to date according to your activity over the past 120 days. If you don’t have at least 4 messages with different people within the past 120 days, the Reply Rate badge will disappear from your profile.

Your actual Reply Rate can be higher than the percentage shown on your profile and may fall within these ranges:
