Discover how candidates are engaging with your job listings with the OfferUp Insights dashboard. This tool provides real-time data to help you understand how your job listings perform over a 30-day period.

Accessing your Insights

App Web
  1. Open the OfferUp app and log in to your account.
  2. Tap the Jobs icon in the top navigation bar, then tap My Jobs.
  3. On the Sign Up / Log In pop-up, log in to your account again. This additional login opens OfferUp.com inside the app so you can access the My Jobs page.
  4. On the My Jobs page, tap Insights in the top right corner of the page.

Understanding your Insights

Insights gives you access to real-time data about your job listings. Each chart provides daily metrics spanning the last 30 days.

Metrics definitions

Use the definitions below to understand the metrics provided by Insights.

Jobs Posted The total number of job listings you posted per day.
Impressions The total number of times that your listings appeared in candidates’ feeds. Average Impressions Per Listing is also provided.
Clicks The total number of times that candidates clicked on your listings from the feed. This includes any time a new or repeat candidate clicked on your listings. Average Clicks Per Listing is also provided.
Click-Through Rate (CTR) The percentage of Impressions that resulted in Apply Clicks. This is calculated by dividing Apply Clicks by Impressions. Average CTR Per Listing is also provided.
Apply Clicks The total number of times that candidates clicked the Apply Now, Email Now, or Call Now button on your job listing. Multiple clicks from the same candidate (unique) are only counted once per day. Note: OfferUp cannot provide data on how many candidates actually apply to your listing since all applications occur off our platform via third-party websites, email, or phone.
