Understanding your data
Your report will provide key metrics to help you measure how your listings are performing. The report includes all data from the previous day through the last 30, 60, 90, or 180 days (based on your selection).
There is a one-day (24 hour) delay on data processing which means data for the current day will not be available until the following day. If you request a report before data is available, you will see zeros in most fields. Try requesting the report again in 24 hours for the most up-to-date data.
Metrics definitions
Use the definitions below to help you understand the metrics in your report.
Job Title | The name of the job listing. |
ZIP Code | The 5-digit US zip code associated with the job listing. |
City and State | The job location based on the 5-digit zip code you provided. |
Job Posted Date | The date you originally posted the listing to the jobs feed. Editing your listing does not affect the posted date. |
Job Closed Date | The date your listing was removed from the jobs feed (either by you or automatically). By default, all listings stay active for 30 days. After 30 days, listings will automatically close. |
Days Active | The number of days your listing has been available in the jobs feed. |
Price in Dollars | The total dollar amount you have paid to post each job listing in USD. |
Impressions | The number of times your job listing was shown to candidates in the feed. This is how many times your listing appeared on a candidate’s screen. |
Clicks | The number of times candidates clicked on your job listing. This number includes any time a new or repeat candidate clicked on your listing from the feed. |
Apply Clicks | The number of times candidates clicked the Apply Button on your job listing. Multiple clicks from the same candidate (unique) are only counted once per day. Note: OfferUp cannot provide data on how many candidates actually apply to your listing since all applications occur off our platform via third-party websites, phone, or email. |
Click-Through Rate (CTR) | The percentage of Impressions that resulted in Apply Clicks. This is calculated by dividing Apply Clicks by Impressions. |
Times Shared | The number of times candidates shared your job listing with someone else. This number includes any time a new or repeat candidate clicked the Share button and completed the action of sending the link to another person. |
Job ID | A unique identifier that is assigned to each of your job listings. |
